Rice Flour, Tapioca Starch, Potato Starch, Thickener (1412), Gluten free Raising Agent (450, 500), Salt.

Cooking Tips

Make easy perfect tempura batter. Can be used to:

  • deep fry with sliced vegetables (pumpkins, zucchinis, broccolis, asparagus, carrots, onions, mushrooms, green beans) and fruits (bananas apples, persimmons)
