Festive Banana
Bread

MAKES: 1 loaf

Serving

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 bananas

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 1/2 cup Casalare Yourself Raising Flour

  • 2 tsp cinnamon

  • 2 tsp ginger

  • 1/2 tsp all spice

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes

  • 1/2 cup craisins

  • salt

DIRECTIONS 

​

1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees


2. Combine wet ingredients in a mixing bowl - bananas, eggs, maple syrup, coconut oil


3. Add in the dry ingredients - almond meal, flour, spices, baking powder, coconut flakes and craisins


4. Gently mix together, then pour the mixture into a lined baking tray and top with extra coconut flakes and craisins


5. Bake in pre-heated oven for 40-45 mins


6. Once cooked through and browned on top, let cool and serve!
