STRAWBERRY
JAM BISCUITS

INGREDIENTS 

  • 150g Casalare Organic Sprouted Brown Rice Flour

  • 50g Casalare ‘Yourself’ Raising Flour

  • 80g coconut sugar

  • 140g Bonsoy Almond Milk

  • 80g Spiral Foods Organic Coconut Oil, melted

  • 3-4 fresh strawberries, chopped finely

  • 3-4Tbsp strawberry jam

DIRECTIONS 

  1. Mix the brown rice flour, yourself raising flour, coconut sugar, almond milk and coconut oil in a large bowl.
     

  2. Place in the refrigerator for about 10-15 minutes.
     

  3. Break apart the batter using a spoon and line a tray with baking paper.
     

  4. Preheat the oven to 170C
     

  5. Lightly flour your hands, roll tablespoonfuls of the batter into balls and place on the tray. Create an indentation in the centre of each ball using your finger. Spoon ½ tsp of jam and strawberries into the centre of each biscuit.
     

  6. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until the biscuits are cooked through and light golden. Enjoy!
